The AJP PR5 250 Extreme was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder, OHC, 4 valves Enduro motorcycle produced by AJP between 2013 and 2015. Max torque was 16.96 ft/lbs (23.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 26.95 HP (20.1 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

A 76.2mm bore x 76.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a gears transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-21, Michelin Enduro Competition III front tire and a 120/80-18, Michelin Enduro Competition III rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 260mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the front and a single 220mm disc, 1-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 48mm Marzocchi upside-down fork while the rear was equiped with a ZF Sachs monoshock with progressive system. The wheelbase was 56.69 inches (1440 mm) long.

The 2013 MY AJP PR5 250 Extreme is one of the most well-equipped off-road machines in its class, and boasts standard features such as a race-grade suspension, composed of a 48mm Marzocchi upside-down fork in the front and ZF Sachs monoshock in the rear with a progressive system, a digital instrument cluster, an aluminum and steel frame, a high-mounted exhaust and laced wheels with knobby tires mounted on them.

In the tech/engine department, it sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder powerplant mated to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce a claimed 27 horsepower and 23 Nm of torque.
