The AJS Regal Raptor DD50 E-2 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by AJS between 2008 and 2010.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 39.0mm bore x 41.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiplate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 2.50-17 front tire and a 4.50-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shock swing arm. The Regal Raptor DD50 E-2 was fitted with a 1.59 Gallon (6.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 191.8 pounds (87.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 55.12 inches (1400 mm) long.
