The engine was a Air cooled cooled Single cylinder, 2 stroke. The engine featured a 5.4:1 compression ratio.

Power was moderated via the Multi disc, wet.

The front suspension was a Twin swinging leading link forks with shock absorber while the rear was equipped with a Telescopic spring with hydraulic shock absorbers.
