The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 102.0mm bore x 85.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 695.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The front suspension was a double a-arm while the rear was equipped with a double a-arm. The MudPro 700 Ltd was fitted with a 5.7 Gallon (21.57 Liters) fuel tank.
