The 2008 Arctic Cat Thundercat 1000 H2 is a large-displacement ATV which has been designed for those who can master its power and are really looking to tread the most difficult paths. Built for both domestic chores and serious outdoor fun, the Thundercat is however easy to operate: it comes with automatic CVT transmission, and this means no shifting, just twist the throttle and go. And if the going gets too fast, powerful hydraulic disc brakes are present to help you tame the monstrous engine.

The shaft drive operates in switchable 2WD/4WD modes, while the electric differential lock and dual-range high/low ratio gearing makes the 2008 Arctic Cat Thundercat 1000 H2 extremely nimble in tight situations. With a combined carrying capacity exceeding 70 kg, the Thundercat is perfect for longer trips in the wild as it will allow you to carry a lot of gear; and the generous fuel tank will let you go even further than you thought possible.

2009 Arctic Cat Thundercat 1000 H2 is a large-displacement quad vehicle which has been created for those planning to ride in the most demanding off-road scenarios. Loaded with the massive V-twin H2 engine in its biggest version, the 2009 Arctic Cat Thundercat 1000 H2 boasts a lot of power and torque ready for the toughest obstacles.

Its independent suspension and big ground clearance are a perfect complement for the automatic transmission, while the engine braking system matches the powerful and firm hydraulic disc brakes. The dual-range gearbox is standard, and so is the switchable 2/4WD final drive.

Luggage racks are fitted at both ends and they can haul a lot of gear, including extra fuel for longer adventures far from the main roads and gas stations.
