The 2012 Wildcat 1000 is the standard big-bore off-road high-performance Arctic Cat machine. Designed for two-up riding, this beast comes with a 951cc engine coupled to a Rapid Response Clutch for a precise and super-efficient transmission.

Switchable 2/4WD with electric front diff locking, engine braking and firm hydraulic disc brakes are standard so this quad also offers safer steep descents and top-notch power deployment according to each scenario. Fox Podium shocks deliver 18” of rear travel for a smooth rider over bumps and rough terrain and their fully adjustable preload and compression provide the perfect ground contact and power delivery.

A rear cargo box provides 135 kg load capacity for gear and tools, water and snacks, all needed when going on an off-road adventure. Power steering enhances cornering and maneuverability in tight situations and helps the rider keep a steady track on mud, rocks and sand alike.
