The BMW HP2 Enduro was a air-cooled, four-stroke, boxer twin cylinder Enduro motorcycle produced by BMW between 2005 and 2008. Max torque was 84.82 ft/lbs (115.0 Nm) @ 5500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 105.0 HP (78.3 KW) @ 7000 RPM.

The engine was a oil & air cooled air-cooled, four-stroke, boxer twin cylinder. A 101.6mm bore x 101.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1170.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the dry, single plate, hydraulic.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/90 x 21 front tire and a 140/80 x 17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 305 mm disc in the front and a single 265 mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a WAD UPSD fork 45 mm while the rear was equipped with a EVO Paralever. The HP2 Enduro was fitted with a 3.43 Gallon (13.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 385.81 pounds (175.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 63.39 inches (1610 mm) long.

The 2005 MY BMW HP2 Enduro has, at its heart, an air/oil-cooled, four-stroke, 1170cc, Boxer twin cylinder powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission, that can reach a maximum power output of 105 horsepower and 115 Nm of torque.

It comes standard with features such as the magnesium cylinder head covers, a stainless steel exhaust, conical aluminum handlebars, a carbon filter, cylinder guards, a rear axle guard, brake snake, a solid undertray, an electronic immobilizer, as well as a headlight guard and adjustable handbrake and clutch levers. And to top it off, an optional street wheel kit can transform this gritty off-roader into an even more gritty street bike.
