The Bajaj PULSAR 180 DTS-i was a Single cylinder, 4-stroke, Air-cooled, DTS-i Sport touring motorcycle produced by Bajaj between 2006 and 2015. Max torque was 10.33 ft/lbs (14.0 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 22.8 HP (17.0 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

A 63.5mm bore x 63.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 178.6 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet Multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/90-17 front tire and a 120/80-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc 260mm in the front and a Drum 130mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks with anti-stiction bushes while the rear was equipped with a Triple rate spring, Nitrox shock absorber. The PULSAR 180 DTS-i was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 52.99 inches (1346 mm) long.
2006 Bajaj PULSAR 180 DTS-i[edit | edit source]
This Pulsar 180 was the second generation and was equipped with the same 178.6cc engine. For 2015 this bike got several upgrades.
2015 Bajaj PULSAR 180 DTS-i[edit | edit source]
The 2014 Pulasar 180 DTS-i its a Sport Touring bike sold from 2014 until 2015. The Pulsar is equipped with a set of relaible capable brakes which include a front 240mm disc and a rear 130mm drum.
