A 66.0mm bore x 66.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 219.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet Multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/90-17 front tire and a 120/80-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via SIngle disc 260mm in the front and a Single disc 230mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Nitrox hydraulic shock absorber. The PULSAR 200 DTS-i was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 53.11 inches (1349 mm) long.

The 2008 Bajaj Pulsar 200 DTS-i features India's first oil cooled engine which delivers a maximum power of 18 hp @8000rpm making it the most powerful engine offered by Bajaj. It has an air cooled single-cylinder with an alloy barrel and head along with the twin valves.
