The Benelli BN600I was a in-line four, four-stroke Sport touring motorcycle produced by Benelli between 2014 and 2018. Max torque was 38.36 ft/lbs (52.0 Nm) @ 10500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 80.33 HP (59.9 KW) @ 11500 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled in-line four, four-stroke. A 65.0mm bore x 45.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 600.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet clutch.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. radial calipers in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a rear swing arm in aluminum alloy, rear shock absorber with extension hydraulic and spring preload adjustment. The BN600I was fitted with a 3.96 Gallon (15.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 458.56 pounds (208.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.27 inches (1480 mm) long.
2016 Benelli BN 600 GT[edit | edit source]
BN 600 GT is the latest big-easy and versatile tourism Benelli home. The Benelli BN 600GT is only the second bike from the Italian marque to use their all new 600cc inline four cylinder engine (the first being the naked BN 600R).
