The Beta Ark One AC was a Single-cylinder, 2-stroke, air cooled scooter produced by Beta between 2004 and 2013.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled Single-cylinder, 2-stroke, air cooled. A 40.6mm bore x 40.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a gears transmission. Power was moderated via the Dry automatic centrifugal type.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 - 13 front tire and a 130/60 - 13 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 190mm disc in the front and a 110.5 drum in the rear. The front suspension was a hydraulic fork with 32 mm shaft while the rear was equipped with a monoshock with adjustable spring preload. The Ark One AC was fitted with a 0.53 Gallon (2.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 194.01 pounds (88.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 48.82 inches (1240 mm) long.
2013 Beta Ark One AC[edit | edit source]
The 2013 MY Beta Ark One AC is a gritty 50cc scooter with an off-road heart, true to its Beta heritage, yet also great for asphalt endeavours, thanks to its tires and suspension that ensure lots of grip and agility.
It has a sporty look, with features such as high mudguards and brawny muffler, yet, at the same time, it's easy-to-maintain and great as a daily use vehicle.
