The Bimota DB 4 i.e. HF was a v2, four-stroke Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Bimota between 1998 and 2001. It could reach a top speed of 137 mph (220 km/h). Max torque was 59.75 ft/lbs (81.0 Nm) @ 5800 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 81.27 HP (60.6 KW) @ 7000 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 92.0mm bore x 68.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 904.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a fully-adjustable mono-shock. The DB 4 i.e. HF was fitted with a 4.76 Gallon (18.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 374.79 pounds (170.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.33 inches (1380 mm) long.

The 1998 MY Bimota DB4 sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 904cc, 90-degree V-Twin desmodromic powerplant mated to a six-speed manual transmission and can reach a maximum power output of 80 horsepower and 81 Nm of torque.
It comes standard with features such as a 43mm telescopic fork, a fully-adjustable mono-shock as a rear suspension, a Brembo braking system with dual, 320mm discs in the front and a single, 230mm disc in the rear, a single seat, an analogue and digital instrument cluster, plus an under-belly exhaust system with dual mufflers at the end.
