Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a TT 100 K81 front tire and a TT 100 K81 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 310mm disc in the front and a single 260mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 40mm Paioli telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a fully-adjustable, Hagon dual shocks.

The 2007 MY CCM C-R 40 sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 398cc, single cylinder powerhouse paired to a five-speed manual transmission and can produce 40 horsepower at 8500 rpm. This machine is inspired from the 50's cafe racers, and is sure to fit the taste for the more nostalgic among CCM fans, that also want modern-day levels of comfort and safety. It comes standard with a 40mm Paioli telescopic fork, fully-adjustable, twin Hagon shocks as a rear suspension, front and rear disc brakes, laced wheels, an one-up seat, a blacked-out frame and a large, 14-liter fuel tank.
