The Cagiva 125 W8 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Cagiva between 1988 and 1992. It could reach a top speed of 81 mph (130 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 24.41 HP (18.2 KW) @ 9500 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 56.0mm bore x 50.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 125.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a membrane & variable discharge openings.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 120/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The 125 W8 was fitted with a 3.7 Gallon (14.00 Liters) fuel tank.
