The Cagiva River 600 was a single cylinder, four-stroke Naked motorcycle produced by Cagiva between 1995 and 1998. Max torque was 32.45 ft/lbs (44.0 Nm) @ 4500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 33.26 HP (24.8 KW) @ 6000 RPM.

A 101.6mm bore x 101.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 601.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/80-17 front tire and a 140/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 40mm Marzocchi upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a Boge adjustable mono-shock. The bike weighed just 352.74 pounds (160.0 Kg).

The 1995 MY Cagiva River 600 has, at its heart, an oil/air-cooled, four-stroke, 601cc, single cylinder powerplant mated to a five-speed manual transmission and can reach a maximum power output of 33 horsepower and 49 Nm of torque.

This naked machine boasts standard features such as a 40mm Marzocchi upside-down telescopic fork, a Boge adjustable mono-shock, front and rear Brembo brakes, an adjustable windshield, a dual seat, passenger grab rails, die-cast aluminum wheels, an analogue instrumentation panel and can also be fitted with side-panniers, on customer request.
