The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 80.0mm bore x 68.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 342.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a port control.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.25-18 front tire and a 4.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Dual shocks. The SST350 (with sidecar) was fitted with a 3.96 Gallon (15.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 56.5 inches (1435 mm) long.

The 1978 MY Cagiva SST 350 sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 342cc, single cylinder powerhouse paired to a five-speed manual transmission and can produce a claimed 27 hp at 5750 rpm. It also comes with a blacked-out exhaust system, wide handlebars, a round headlight, laced wheels, a blacked-out frame, a telescopic front fork, dual shocks as a rear suspension, a front disc brake coupled to a rear drum and analogue instrumentation dials.
