The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 3.00-21 front tire and a 5.10-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 240mm disc in the front and a 130mm drum in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a adjustable mono-shock.

The 1988 MY Cagiva T4 500E has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, 451cc, single cylinder powerhosue mated to a five-speed manual transmission and can reach a maximum power output of 41 horsepower and 42 Nm of torque.

This off-road machine also comes with a dual seat, passenger grab rails, a small headlight with a protection grille, laced wheels with off-road tires mounted on them, a telescopic front fork coupled to a mono-shock as a rear suspension, a race-inspired livery, a front disc brake, a rear drum brake and wide handlebars.
