The Can-Am/ Brp Maverick X mr was a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, Rotax V-twin ATV produced by Can-Am/ Brp in 2015.

The bike has a CVT, L / H / N / R / P transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a Gorilla Axle Silverback 30 x 9 x 14 in front tire and a Gorilla Axle Silverback 30 x 9 x 14 in rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 220 mm ventilated disc brakes with hydraulic twin-piston calipers in the front and a dual 214 mm ventilated disc brakes with hydraulic single-piston calipers in the rear. The front suspension was a double A-arm, FOX 2.5 PODIUM RC2 Piggyback with dual speed compression, rebound and preload adjustments while the rear was equipped with a Torsional Trailing A-arms independent (TTA) with sway bar, FOX 2.5 PODIUM RC2 Piggyback with dual speed compression, rebound and preload adjustments. The Maverick X mr was fitted with a 2.64 Gallon (10.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 84.29 inches (2141 mm) long.

The American engineers from Can-Am have designed the 2015 MY Maverick X mr for SxS fans who want to be able to take head on the muddiest tracks and still have a machine capable of causing the occasional mini heart-attack. At its heart lies an 101 horsepower, four-stroke, liquid-cooled, 976cc, Rotax V-twin powerhouse mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) with an extra low L gear, to ensure it can overcome the most treacherous track conditions.

The engine air intake and the CV inlets/outlets have been relocated, and it comes standard with 30" Gorilla Axle Silverback tires mounted on 14" wheels. Other features worth mentioning would be the Intelligent Throttle Control (iTC), which offers a choice between a Progressive and Sport riding mode, a tri-mode Dynamic Power Steering, and the high, 13", ground clearance.
