The 2012 Outlander 800R DPS brings the exceptional Dynamic Power Steering system in the series, offering a more precise cornering, a less fatiguing riding experience and overall better maneuverability regardless of how rough the ground you ride on is. No less than three assistance modes are available at a push of a button, for quickly complying to the road demands without losing control of the machine.

Aggressive design is complemented by top-notch Can-Am engineering: a 800cc-class Rotax (Hence the R) v-twin liquid-cooled power unit is coupled to an automatic, dual-ratio transmission and offers selectable 2/4WD. The Visco-lock QE automatic differential locking, engine braking and generous ground clearance ensure safer steep descents and good off-road capabilities.
