The 2008 Can-Am Outlander MAX 400 EFI XT adds more functionality and better looks to the base 400cc ATV model, while retaining all the brawn and nimble character which have made so many riders love this middleweight machine. Created for two-up riding, this ATV can also be sued as a solo machine for work-related tasks, as the passenger seat can be easily removed for installing a cargo box or accommodating larger loads.

This quad offers the same operation versatility like the base model: selectable 2/4WD, auto-locking front differential, engine brake and an easy-to-use automatic transmission. The XT package brings in a powerful winch with a wired remote control easy to stow in the dedicated front compartment, sturdy steel front and rear bumpers. The ATV now rolls on lightweight cast aluminum wheels shod with Carlisle tires and comes with handlebar wind protectors.
