Taking performance and convenience one step further, the 2009 Can-Am Outlander MAX 500 XT-P offers even more in terms of comfort and response to tight situations than the XT version.

The list of upgrades from the base model comprises the tri-mode Dynamic Power Steering system which makes directional control easier and less fatiguing even on rock roads and other difficult situations, a new Visco-Lock auto-locking front differential was added, 12-inch cast aluminum wheels, a powerful BRP winch, Carlisle radial tires, front and rear bumpers and hand protectors are also included in the XT package.

A premium two-tone seat is also standard, just like mudguards, painted plastic body parts. Automatic transmission with high and low ratios, selectable 2/4WD and engine braking make riding the 2009 Can-Am Outlander MAX 500 XT-P a real pleasure. And the passenger seat can quickly make place for a cargo box for solo rides or for hauling heavier, bulky loads around.
