The Can-Am/ Brp Renegade 1000R X XC was a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, Rotax V-twin ATV produced by Can-Am/ Brp in 2015.

The bike has a CVT, P / R / N / H / L transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a ITP Holeshot ATR 25 x 8 x 12 in front tire and a ITP Holeshot ATR 25 x 10 x 12 in rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 214 mm ventilated disc brakes with hydraulic twin-piston calipers in the front and a dual 214 mm ventilated disc brakes with hydraulic twin-piston calipers in the rear. The front suspension was a double A-arm, FOX Performance Series 1.5 PODIUM RC2 while the rear was equipped with a Torsional Trailing arm Independent (TTI), FOX Performance Series 1.5 PODIUM RC2. The wheelbase was 50.98 inches (1295 mm) long.
2015 Can-Am/ Brp Renegade 1000R X XC[edit | edit source]
Unlike the base 1000R, the 2015 MY Can-Am Renegade 1000R X XC comes standard with a number of features that improve its performance as well as its visuals, and make it appeal more to the more younger Can-Am fans. At its heart lies a powerful, 89 horsepower, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 976cc, Rotax V-twin powerhouse mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that features a selectable 2WD / 4WD with Visco-Lok QE auto-locking front differential.
In addition, it comes standard with FOX PERFORMANCE SERIES 1.5 PODIUM RC2 shocks, 12" aluminum beadlock wheels, aluminum taper-profile handlebar with wind deflectors and square pod, as well as an aluminum skid plate, and a special, X visual package, that includes racing livery, graphics and a special seat cover.
