The Can-Am/ Brp Spyder RT Limited was a liquid-cooled, Rotax 1330 ACE in-line 3 cylinders Trike motorcycle produced by Can-Am/ Brp between 2011 and 2015. Max torque was 95.89 ft/lbs (130.0 Nm) @ 5000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 115.06 HP (85.8 KW) @ 7250 RPM.

A 83.8mm bore x 83.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1330.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed, manual or semi-auto, both with reverse transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 165 / 55 R15 front tire and a 225 / 50 R15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 270 mm discs with Brembo 4-piston fixed calipers in the front and a 270 mm disc with Brembo single-piston floating caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a double A-arm with anti-roll bar, Sachs shocks while the rear was equipped with a swing arm, air preload SACHS shock. The wheelbase was 67.52 inches (1715 mm) long.

The 2012 MY Can-Am Spyder RT Limited has, at its heart, a dependable, liquid-cooled, 998cc, Rotax V-Twin engine that can produce 100 horsepower and 108 Nm of torque. It brings news such as the Lava Bronze Metallic color with new tan embroidered seat, the aluminum six-spoke chrome wheels and chrome-plated mirrors, exhaust tip and heat shield. Besides these new features, as all Limited models, it features a handlebar-mounted Garmin Zumo 660 color touchscreen GPS with Bluetooth, four semi-rigid travel bags, plus a travel cover. Also, the amber multi-function Dot-matrix display coloration offers improved contrast at night and completes the list of new features.
