The bike has a five-speed, manual, reverse transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a KR21 165/65R14 front tire and a KR21 225/50R15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 4 piston calipers with 10.2 in x 0.25 in (260 mm x 6 mm) discs in the front and a single-piston caliper with 10.2 in x 0.25 in (260 mm x 6 mm) disc in the rear. The front suspension was a double A-Arm with anti-roll bar while the rear was equipped with a swing-arm with monoshock. The wheelbase was 67.99 inches (1727 mm) long.

It boasts the best technologies Can-Am has developed up to date, such as the Dynamic Power Steering, the Digitally Encoded Security System and the Vehicle Stability System, which inlcudes Traction Control, Stability Control as well as ABS.
