The Cannondale FX400 was a Liquid-cooled, 4-stroke Single Cylinder, DOHC 4-Valves ATV produced by Cannondale in 2002.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5 Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 21x7-10 front tire and a 20x11-9 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Hydraulic, Dual Disc W/ Parking in the front and a Hydraulic, Single Disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 9" Travel while the rear was equipped with a 10" Travel. The wheelbase was 49.49 inches (1257 mm) long.

The aggressive FX400 and the Cannondale MX400 motocrosser share the same fuel injected four stroke engine. It is an 432cc engine which shows its muscles all the time. Wrapped up with a super lightweight aluminum frame, the FX400 can show its power easily.
