The Christini AWD 450 Explorer was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder Adventure motorcycle produced by Christini between 2012 and 2015.

Engine[edit | edit source]

A 96.5mm bore x 96.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 450.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the mechanical clutch.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 80/100-21 front tire and a 110/100-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 240mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the front and a single 240mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 48mm WP telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Fast Ace adjustable monoshock with linkage. The wheelbase was 59.02 inches (1499 mm) long.

It is basically a 450DS, that has also been equipped with a skid plate, hand guards, an extended range rear rack tank and a cooling fan for slow speed riding. In addition it features the All Wheel Drive (AWD) technology, which allow it to cross rougher terrains without putting a strain on the rider or the machine itself.
