The Daelim Daystar 250 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Daelim between 2014 and 2017. Max torque was 14.01 ft/lbs (19.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 24.41 HP (18.2 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 56.5mm bore x 49.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 246.9 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-18 front tire and a 130/90-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic while the rear was equipped with a swing arm. The Daystar 250 was fitted with a 4.49 Gallon (17.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 363.76 pounds (165.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 59.25 inches (1505 mm) long.
