The Derbi DXR250 was a twin, four-stroke ATV produced by Derbi between 2006 and 2009. Max torque was 19.18 ft/lbs (26.0 Nm) @ 5500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 19.04 HP (14.2 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled twin, four-stroke. A 53.3mm bore x 53.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 234.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multi-disc.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a at21x7-10 front tire and a at21x7-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a double braced independenly adjustable while the rear was equipped with a single braced (unitrack system). The DXR250 was fitted with a 2.11 Gallon (8.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 381.4 pounds (173.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 42.52 inches (1080 mm) long.

The 2006 MY Derbi DXR 250 is suitable for novice and seasoned riders alike, and has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, 234cc, twin cylinder powerplant paired to a five-speed manual transmission and can produce a claimed 19 horsepower and 26 Nm of torque. Standard fittings for this machine include a dual seat, an analogue instrumentation panel, a double-braced, independent and adjustable front suspension system coupled to a single-braced unitrack system in the rear, front and rear disc brakes, cast-aluminum wheels and a single headlight.
