The Derbi xRace 50 R was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Derbi between 2006 and 2007. Claimed horsepower was 8.31 HP (6.2 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 39.9mm bore x 40.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.9 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multiplate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 80/90-21 front tire and a 110/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a hydraulic fork, 36 mm while the rear was equipped with a monoshock. The xRace 50 R was fitted with a 1.85 Gallon (7.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 53.35 inches (1355 mm) long.
