The Ducati Monster S4RS Tricolore was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 90-degree V-Twin, DOHC, desmodromic 4 valves per cylinder Naked motorcycle produced by Ducati in 2008. Max torque was 76.71 ft/lbs (104.0 Nm) @ 7500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 129.95 HP (96.9 KW) @ 9500 RPM.

A 99.1mm bore x 99.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 998.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a straight cut gears transmission. Power was moderated via the dry, multiplate, hydraulic control.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 245mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm Ohlins fully-adjustable upside-down fork, TiN-coated while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins fully-adjustable monoshock with progressive linkage. The Monster S4RS Tricolore was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 56.69 inches (1440 mm) long.
