The Ducati S4 was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Ducati in 2002. Max torque was 67.86 ft/lbs (92.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 98.83 HP (73.7 KW) @ 8750 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 94.0mm bore x 66.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 916.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.
