The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual, slipper.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70R- 17 front tire and a 190/55R-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 386mm disc, 8-piston caliper in the front and a single 220mm disc, 2-piston floating caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a Showa upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a Showa fully-adjustable mono-shock.

The 2013 EBR Motorcycles 1190RX is a street-legal of the 1190RS limited edition superbike, and comes with standard features such as a Showa upside-down fork coupled to a Showa adjustable mono-shock as a rear suspension, a large, 386mm front disc brake with an 8-piston caliper, cast-aluminum wheels, a small windscreen, a full-fairing, a digital instrumentation panel, a single seat, an aggressive appearance and a blacked-out exhaust system.
In the engine department it sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 1190cc, 72-degree V-Twin powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission that can produce a claimed 185 horsepower and 138 Nm of torque.
