The Enfield Bullet Classic 500 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Enfield in 2011. Max torque was 30.46 ft/lbs (41.3 Nm) @ 4000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 26.69 HP (19.9 KW) @ 5250 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 84.0mm bore x 90.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 499.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the mulitiplate in oil.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-18 front tire and a 110/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic, hydraulic damping while the rear was equipped with a swing arm with adjustable gas filled shock absorber. The Bullet Classic 500 was fitted with a 3.83 Gallon (14.50 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 53.94 inches (1370 mm) long.
