Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/90 -21 front tire and a 140/80 -18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 260mm disc 1 piston caliper in the front and a Single 220mm disc 1 piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 45mm Upside-down Marzocchi fork while the rear was equipped with a Progressive system with Öhlins shock absorber. The EC300 Nambotin R replica was fitted with a 9.5 Liters / 2.5 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 103 kg / 227 lbs. The wheelbase was 1476 mm / 58.1 in long.

Gas Gas EC 300 Nambotin R replica
After the impressive success of 2008 in the E3 category, Gas Gas has decided to dedicate a replica version of the EC 300 to rider, Christophe Nambotin.
The main characteristics of the bike include Nambotin Replica graphics, front Sachs fork, rear Öhlins 888 shock absorber, FMF muffler and Galfer Wave Racing brakes (front and rear). The chassis has also been redesigned with stronger but lighter alloy features.
