The GAS GAS TXT Racing 250 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by GAS GAS between 2004 and 2019.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 72.5mm bore x 60.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 247.7 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the gg 1/3 hydraulic-diaphragm-system.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.75-21 front tire and a 4.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. floating disk, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single disc. 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a race tech; low/high speed compression and rebound adjustable while the rear was equipped with a öhlins hydraulic mono shock absorber (2 ways). rebound and spring pre-load ajustable.. The TXT Racing 250 was fitted with a 0.66 Gallon (2.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 148.81 pounds (67.5 Kg). The wheelbase was 51.97 inches (1320 mm) long.
