The Gilera NGR250 was a single cylinder, two-stroke Naked motorcycle produced by Gilera between 1985 and 1988. It could reach a top speed of 96 mph (155 km/h). Max torque was 22.87 ft/lbs (31.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 32.32 HP (24.1 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 71.5mm bore x 62.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a rotary valves.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/90-16 front tire and a 110/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 38mm Marzocchi telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a monoshock. The NGR250 was fitted with a 5.81 Gallon (22.00 Liters) fuel tank.

The 1984 Gilera NGR 250 is powered by a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder powerplant that was mated to a five-speed manual transmission with a chain final drive, and can produce a claimed 38 horsepower and 31 Nm of torque.

In addition, it comes with a 38mm Marzocchi telescopic front fork, a rear monoshock suspension, dual front disc brakes, a dual seat, passenger grab handles, a small windscreen, analogue instrumentation dials, die-cast aluminum wheels, a square headlight and a steel trellis frame.
