The Gilera RC 250 Rally was a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, single cylinder, reed valve Enduro motorcycle produced by Gilera in 1986. Max torque was 22.87 ft/lbs (31.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 37.95 HP (28.3 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

A 71.1mm bore x 71.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 2.50-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 260mm disc in the front and a single 220mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a monoshock.

The 1986 MY Gilera RC 250 Rally has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder powerplant that was paired to a five-speed manual transmission with a chain final drive, and can reach a maximum power output of 38 horsepower and 31 Nm of torque.

Also, it comes with features such as a race-inspired livery, a single seat, a rear luggage rack, laced wheels with off-road tires mounted on them, analogue instrumentation dials, wide handlebars, an under-seat exhaust system, a steel frame and a nose-fairing.
