Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 130/90B16 M/C 72H front tire and a 150/80B16 M/C 77H rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 292mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the front and a single 260mm disc, 1-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic, coil spring, oil damped while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks. The wheelbase was 59.88 inches (1521 mm) long.

The 2008 MY Harley Davidson XL1200C Sportster 1200 Custom 105th Anniversary Edition has been designed to celebrate 105 years of Harley Davidson tradition, and comes with a special paint scheme. At its heart lies an air-cooled, 1200cc, Evolution V-twin powerhouse paired to a five-speed manual transmission, and can reach a peak torque of 107 Nm at 4000 rpm.

It comes standard with a large, 21", chrome laced steel front wheel, a chrome, slotted-disc, cast-aluminum rear wheel, a wide, polished handlebar in chrome pull-back risers, a chrome staggered shorty dual exhaust, a lowered rear suspension, forward-mounted foot controls, a polished fuel tank console, a chrome bullet headlight and a 4.5 gallon fuel tank.
