It came with a 100/90-19 57H front tire and a 160/70-17 73V rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 4-piston fixed caliper in the front and a 2-piston floating caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks. The Super Glide Custom 110th Anniversary was fitted with a 1.32 Gallon (5.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 64.02 inches (1626 mm) long.

The 2013 MY Harley Davidson Super Glide Custom 110th Anniversary sports an air-cooled, 1584cc, Twin Cam 96 powerplant paired to a manual, six-speed Cruise Drive transmission. It produces 127 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm. With strong influences from 60's cruisers, such as the chromed exhaust with dual staggered shorty mufflers, the chrome steel laced wheels and the low profile front fender, it is sure to appeal to the most nostalgic among House Milwaukee fans.
As all 110th Anniversary models, it features an unique, Vintage Bronze/Anniversary Vintage Black paint scheme, solid bronze tank medallions and air cleaner cover trim ring, chrome-plated timer cover with cloisonné insert and derby cover with forged solid bronze trim ring, a serialization badge and a security package, which includes ABS as standard and a H-D Smart security system.
