The Honda CB300R was a single cylinder, four-stroke Naked motorcycle produced by Honda between 2018 and 2019. Max torque was 19.18 ft/lbs (26.0 Nm) @ 7500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 30.98 HP (23.1 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 76.0mm bore x 63.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 286.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multiplate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 150/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a 220 mm disc with single piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 41mm telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a pro-link® single shock. The CB300R was fitted with a 2.7 Gallon (10.22 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 53.31 inches (1354 mm) long.

The new CB300R was unveiled in Milan this evening, ahead of this week's Eicma motorcycle show, along with the similarly-styled CB1000R and CB125R, making a whole new family of retro-inspired Honda nakeds.
