The Honda CX 500 TURBO was a Turbo charged, liquid cooled, four stroke, V-twin cylinder Naked motorcycle produced by Honda in 1981. Max torque was 58.27 ft/lbs (79.0 Nm) @ 5000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 81.94 HP (61.1 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

A 76.2mm bore x 76.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 497.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 5 Speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/90-18 front tire and a 120/90-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x280mm discs in the front and a Single 300mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 37mm Showa while the rear was equipped with a Honda Pro-Link, one Showa damper.
