The Honda TRX300X was a single cylinder, four-stroke ATV produced by Honda between 2009 and 2012.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 74.0mm bore x 65.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 282.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 22/7-10 front tire and a 22/10-9 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a independent double-wishbone with dual hydraulic shocks while the rear was equipped with a swingarm with single shock. The TRX300X was fitted with a 2.2 Gallon (8.33 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 45.0 inches (1143 mm) long.

2009 Honda TRX300X

The 2008 Honda TRX300X is a great quad for those looking for a quad with top-level performance on the dirt track, but which can be used for more casual riding and be easy to tame, as well. With a gear-driven counter-balancer keeping vibrations to the minimum, this ATV is also fun for casual riding on the forest trails or in the open fields.

Thanks to the raised snorkel intake, you can also ride the 2008 Honda TRX300X in deep mud or water without fear the engine would suck in dirt, and this adds to the overall convenience, too. When ridden by a skilled rider, this motocross machine is a force to be reckoned with, as it still retains much of the race-ready character of its bigger siblings.
