The Honda TRX400X was a single cylinder, four-stroke ATV produced by Honda between 2009 and 2018.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 85.0mm bore x 70.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 397.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 22/7-10 front tire and a 20/10-9 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. hydraulic. in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a independent double-wishbone with showa® shocks, five-position spring preload adjustability; 8.2 inches travel while the rear was equipped with a pro-link® fully adjustable single showa shock; 9.1 inches travel. The TRX400X was fitted with a 2.6 Gallon (9.84 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 47.91 inches (1217 mm) long.
