The Honda VFR1000F 2 was a v4, four-stroke standard produced by Honda in 1986. It could reach a top speed of 145 mph (233 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 97.89 HP (73.0 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled v4, four-stroke. A 77.0mm bore x 53.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 998.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/90-18 front tire and a 140/80-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The VFR1000F 2 was fitted with a 6.08 Gallon (23.00 Liters) fuel tank.
