The engine was a Liquid cooled cooled Four stroke, 76 ° V-4, SOHC, 4 valve per cylinder. The engine featured a 12.0:1 compression ratio.

Drive[edit | edit source]

Power was moderated via the Wet, multiplate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/80-R19 front tire and a 150/70 R17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x 310mm discs ABS in the front and a Single 276mm disc ABS in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm inverted telescopic forks with hydraulic damping, preload and rebound damping adjustment while the rear was equipped with a Pro-Link with gas-charged damper, preload and stepless rebound damping adjustment. The VFR1200X Crosstourer DCT was fitted with a 21 Liters / 5.6 US gal fuel tank.
