The Honda VT 1100 was a Liquid cooled, V-twin, 4-stroke, 3 valves per cylinder Cruiser motorcycle produced by Honda between 1985 and 1998. It could reach a top speed of 101 mph (163 km/h). Max torque was 61.96 ft/lbs (84.0 Nm) @ 2500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 52.03 HP (38.8 KW) @ 4750 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled Liquid cooled, V-twin, 4-stroke, 3 valves per cylinder. A 86.4mm bore x 86.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1099.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5 Speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/90-18 front tire and a 140/90-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc with 2-piston calipers in the front and a Single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 41mm showa forks while the rear was equipped with a Twin shock. The VT 1100 was fitted with a 3.43 Gallon (13.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 540.13 pounds (245.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 65.0 inches (1651 mm) long.
