The Husqvarna FE501 was a single cylinder, four-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Husqvarna between 2014 and 2019.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 95.0mm bore x 72.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 510.9 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, dds multi-disc clutch, magura hydraulics.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 140/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. magura twin-piston floating caliper in the front and a single disc. magura single-piston floating caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a wp-usd xplor 48 with preload adjuster while the rear was equipped with a wp shock absorber with linkage. The FE501 was fitted with a 2.25 Gallon (8.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 244.71 pounds (111.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.35 inches (1482 mm) long.

The 2014 MY Husqvarna FE 501 is the most powerful machine from all the Huskey off-road two-wheelers. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 510cc, single cylinder powerhouse paired to a six-speed manual transmission. It comes standard with a lightweight and strong chromium molybdenum frame, a lightweight cast aluminum swingarm, high-quality closed cartridge WP fork, an Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), as well as standard hand guards and and an engine-mapping switch.

The 2015 MY Husqvarna FE 501 sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 510cc, single cylinder powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission. It has one of the biggest displacements to be found on a single cylinder machine, which translates in lots of raw power. It features a high-end suspension package, a race-derived Brembo braking system, as well as an Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), which boosts its power and lower fuel consumption, and an Engine Management System (EMS) which ensures optimum power delivered to the wheels, across a wide range of scenarios.
