The Husqvarna SM125S was a single cylinder, two-stroke super motard motorcycle produced between 2000 and 2011. It could reach a top speed of 73 mph (118 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 14.62 HP (10.9 KW) @ 9500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 54.0mm bore x 54.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.8 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 8.8:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the multi plate, cable operation.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 150/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a marzocchi 40mm usd while the rear was equiped with a sachs adjustable shock absorber with soft damp linkage. The SM125S was fitted with a 2.51 Gallon (9.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 250.22 pounds (113.5 Kg). The wheelbase was 57.87 inches (1470 mm) long.

It comes with a high-end suspension package, composed of a 41mm Paioli upside-down fork and a Paioli progressive Soft Damp rear monoshock, which ensure increased comfort and maneuverability.
