The Husqvarna TE630 was a single cylinder, four-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Husqvarna between 2010 and 2013.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 100.0mm bore x 76.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 600.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multi-plate type, hydraulic control.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 140/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a marzocchi usd telescopic hydraulic fork with advanced axle, rebound stroke adjustment while the rear was equipped with a sachs progressive soft damp type with single hydraulic shock absorber, spring pre-load adjustment. compression and rebound adjustment (compression stroke - double adjustment). The TE630 was fitted with a 3.17 Gallon (12.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 328.49 pounds (149.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 59.25 inches (1505 mm) long.

The 2010 MY Husqvarna TE 630, besides being one of the most sought after machines from the Swedish brand, is also one of the most powerful single cylinder enduro machines available on the market, thanks to its liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 600cc, single cylinder powerhouse mated to a six-speed manual transmission. It comes standard with a race-inspired livery, bearing strong similarities to the award-winning Huskeys used in professional racing. In addition, it comes with a Marzocchi front fork and a Sachs rear monoshock, which improve performance, maneuverability, and rider comfort.

The 2011 MY Husqvarna TE 630 has been designed for riders that are on the market for a powerful and yet, agile machine capable of crossing the most difficult off-road tracks, with ease. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 600cc, single cylinder lump paired to a six-speed manual transmission. In addition, it comes standard with wire-spoked wheels and high-end, enduro tires. Also, it is road-legal, which means it can be used as a daily commuter or weekend leisure bike, if need be, although it shows its worth on the dirt.

The 2012 MY Husqvarna TE 630 sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 600cc, single cylinder engine paired to a six-speed manual tranmsission. Unlike its previous embodiments, it boasts new IPD graphics, which give it an edgier look, sure to fit the taste of younger Husqvarna fans. In addition, it comes with a dual muffles exhaust system, a new twin cam cylinder head, and a hydraulic clutch, for smooth gear shifts.

The suspension package, a race-derived one, is composed of a 45 mm Marzocchi upside-down hydraulic fork and a Sachs progressive Soft Damp monoshock in the rear, which not only let it tackle the harshest off-road tracks, but also make for a more comfortable ride, whether on or off the road.
