The Hyosung TE450S was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Hyosung between 2011 and 2014. Max torque was 35.11 ft/lbs (47.6 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 50.96 HP (38.0 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 96.0mm bore x 62.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 449.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiplate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 21/7-10 front tire and a 20/11-9 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a independent double a-arm, 220mm wheel travel fully adjustable piggyback shock absorber while the rear was equipped with a aluminum alloy swing arm, 240mm wheel travel, linkage type fully adjustable shock absorber. The TE450S was fitted with a 2.08 Gallon (7.87 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 466.94 pounds (211.8 Kg). The wheelbase was 49.8 inches (1265 mm) long.
